Post cycle therapy is relatively easy to factor into the end of a cycle, and you have a wide range of options to choose from in regards to how best to perform it.

To keep things simple, we’re going to provide you with two popular and one fairly experimental option as a means of restoring your natural hormone levels. These options are Nolvadex, Clomid and HCG / Pregnyl.

The former two options will prove to be useful for integration at the end of any beginner / intermediate cycle and HCG is likely only going to be worth experimenting with at the end of a particularly harsh cycle, if at all.

Nolvadex and Clomid PCT Guidelines

Our nolvadex and clomid guidelines cater for those who have performed either a mild or a strong cycle. This assumed that you’d perhaps like to abandon HCG use and simply stick with these former two compounds.

Equally, they will combine easily with HCG when implemented properly.

Post cycle therapy should start:

3 – 4 days after your last dose of a short acting ester
14 – 21 (14 in the case of all of the above listed enanthate cycles) days after your last dose of a long acting ester

Your HCG integration should start according to these exact same guidelines, though the difference in this instance would be that you wouldn’t use nolvadex or clomid at the same time.You would finish your HCG mini cycle first, then immediately use either nolvadex or clomid.

For Those Who Wish To Use Nolvadex For Post Cycle Therapy

Following mild cycle, you should implement nolvadex as follows:

1	20 mg per day
2	20 mg per day
3	10 mg per day
4	10 mg per day

And following a strong cycle, you should implement it as follows:

1	30 mg per day
2	20 mg per day
3	10 mg per day
4	10 mg per day

For Those Who Wish To Use Clomid For Post Cycle Therapy

Those who wish to use clomid following a mild cycle should implement clomid as follows:

Week	Clomid
1	50 mg per day
2	50 mg per day
3	25 mg per day
4	25 mg per day

And those who wish to use clomid following a strong cycle should implement it as follows:

1	75 mg per day
2	50 mg per day
3	50 mg per day
4	25 mg per day

How To Use HCG Following An Anabolic Cycle

You have two popular options to choose from if you wish to integrate HCG into a post cycle phase.

You can either administer it over a 2 – 3 week period, or continuously over a 10 day period.

In order to administer it over a 2 – 3-week period simply follow these guidelines:

2	2,500 I.U every 3 - 4 days
3	1,500 I.U every 3 - 4 days

And in order to administer it over a continuous 10 day period simply follow these guidelines:

Just as a reminder, you would start either of these phases according to the post cycle therapy start times before then immediately moving onto either clomid or nolvadex use afterwards.

Females do not need to perform post cycle therapy, as their hormonal output is not affected by the use of anabolic steroids in a manner that warrants exogenous intervention.
